My name is GLORIA VIGNEAULT, I have been an Occupational Therapist in Florida for over 30 years. My approach is holistic, I am trained in both physical and mental health. My joy is to help my clients stay well, happy, independent and active in their homes and communities.

COMPLETE HOME ASSESSMENT
Identifying safety concerns within the home including fall hazards. Assessment/practice of ADL's in the home. Mobility and transfers assessment/practice in the home. Education and training of caregiver(s).
Includes recommendations to improve safety and advice on how to carry out such changes, ie, modifying the environment (furniture), assistive devices,renovating or adapting the home.
COACHING FOR CAREGIVERS
This offering is about finding inner and outer tools to deal with stress, frustration and isolation. It explores, self care, setting realistic goals, getting connected with community resources and setting personal health goals.
